Project Management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Marathi and English
Social Worker
Community Development
Work directly with rural communities to implement social welfare programs and provide support services.
Requirements:
- MSW or BSW degree
- Experience in community mobilization
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in rural areas
Training Coordinator
Skill Development
Design and deliver skill development training programs under DDU-GKY and other initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Experience in vocational training
- Knowledge of DDU-GKY guidelines
- Strong presentation skills
